Dana Gruber

Dana Gruber is a passionate and driven leader who assumed the role of President at Actco Tool & Mfg. Co following years of working alongside her father in the family business. With a background in a field that emphasized the value of creating high-quality products and attention to detail, Dana brings a unique perspective to the manufacturing industry. Her mission for Actco Tool & Mfg. Co is to promote the health and wealth of her employees, foster a collaborative work environment, and grow the brand to obtain 100% women-owned certification. Dana, who is also a proud mother of two boys and two girls, finds joy and purpose in sharing her life with her family. She is committed to driving positive change in the industry and is fueled by her passion for creating a supportive and collaborative work culture that values human connection and positivity.

Ryan Artman

Ryan, General Manager of Actco Tool & Mfg. Co., was born in Meadville and raised in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. He attended Saegertown High School and pursued Safety and Aviation Operations at Community College USAF and Slippery Rock University while wrestling at the collegiate level. As a combat-disabled veteran, Ryan served as an Aircraft Loadmaster on C-130E and H models, and later on MC-130H Combat Talon II’s, culminating his career at the 353rd Special Operations Group, 1st Special Operations Squadron. Ryan’s leadership experience extends to executive administration at the United States Post Office, which concluded with the position of Postmaster. He transitioned to the Tool and Die industry and is dedicated to driving Actco forward while upholding its values of honesty, integrity, and service. Ryan takes pride in Actco’s recent improvements and with a track record of success in building and leading small teams, Ryan inspires his colleagues to strive for excellence and uncommon success.

Bradley Rimer

Bradley Rimer serves as the General Foreman at Actco Tool & Mfg. Co. He started his career in the tool and die industry in 1992 after graduating from high school and completed a four-year apprenticeship to become a journeyman toolmaker. Over the years, he gained experience working at several tool shops and eventually became the grinder foreman at his last job before starting his own tool shop in 2005. His work for local shops, including Actco, eventually led to his current position. In addition to his passion for his work, he enjoys anything related to vehicles and spending time with his wife Marcia.
