Dana Gruber is a passionate and driven leader who assumed the role of president at Actco Tool & Mfg. Co. following years of working alongside her father in the family business. With a background in a field that emphasized the value of creating high-quality products and attention to detail, Dana brings a unique perspective to the manufacturing industry. Her mission for Actco Tool & Mfg. Co. is to promote the health and wealth of her employees, foster a collaborative work environment, and grow the brand to obtain 100% women-owned certification. Dana, who is also a proud mother, finds joy and purpose in sharing her life with her family. She is committed to driving positive change in the industry and is fueled by her passion for creating a supportive and collaborative work culture that values human connection and positivity.
Levi Woods
Levi Woods is a seasoned foreman with nearly 20 years of experience in precision machining, MasterCAM CNC programming, and mechanical repair. A journeyman by trade, Levi is skilled in CNC and manual machining, welding, grinding, reverse engineering, and process improvement. He thrives on solving complex challenges, enhancing efficiency, and delivering top-quality results.
Passionate about mentoring and inspiring the next generation in manufacturing, Levi brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports in baseball and softball, skateboarding, and yoga, and is dedicated to his family and community.
